




Ce que je qualifierais de "hongrois", c'est a dire en dehors des traditionnels PALINKA (kerek egy!), du CSALAD BOR, de la SOPRONI, de la BOROSTYAN, du PORKOLT, de la GULYAS LEVES, et tout et tout (es minden_minden), et bien des choses qui n'ont pas de termes mais tres hongrois. Evidemment vous devez me faire confiance encore une fois.
What I qualify as hungarian, so all the rest above mentioned, to which you can add TEAHAZ, SOR, TERMAL... but also that which has no particular significance as a traditional dish, drink or thing. Once again you shall have to trust me.
